CASE STUDY 1
One previous client has been a large international company involved in the production of high quality precision spray painting equipment. Tefloturn has manufactured thousands of parts for this company over an extended period of time.

Over the years Tefloturn has developed an ongoing relationship with the company as a 'Premium Supplier', producing seals and rings on a large scale - in fact we've been given more than one award to that effect.

CASE STUDY 2
Tefloturn was chosen by one of Europe's leading manufacturers of medical surgical products - a main supplier to the National Health Service and Private Hospitals in the UK - to manufacture a range of precision surgical Teflon vent tubes. These tubes, commonly known as 'grommets', are designed to treat the medical condition known as 'glue ear', prevalent in infants.

To date, we have produced thousands upon thousands of these grommets for our client, in the various designs favoured by a range of specialist consultants in this medical field. These precision devices, which measure just a couple of millimetres in diameter, have become part of standard NHS treatment for this common infant condition over recent years.

Although each part is physically small in size, the overall scale of the project has been vast in regard to the numbers produced - at times we have delivered over 4000 items every month.
